1. What EasySetu does

EasySetu is a discovery and collaboration platform. We help local brands and Instagram creators find each other and give you a tidy workspace for a collaboration — briefs, chat, draft review, delivery and reviews. We are not an agency, talent manager, or marketplace that sells anything on your behalf.

2. Your agreement is with each other

All collaborations, prices, timelines, deliverables and payments are agreed and settled directly between the brand and the creator (cash, UPI, bank transfer, or barter — whatever you both agree). EasySetu is not a party to those agreements, does not process or hold payments, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not mediate disputes. Prices shown on the platform are indicative starting points, not binding quotes. Please choose who you work with carefully.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use EasySetu.
• Give accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Creators are reviewed by a human before going live; an approved profile is not an endorsement or guarantee by EasySetu.

4. Acceptable use and conduct

• Be honest and respectful. No harassment, spam, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse other users’ data or content.
• Only upload content you own or have the right to use.
• Disclose paid or barter collaborations (e.g. #ad / “paid partnership”) as required by the ASCI guidelines and applicable law.
• Follow Instagram’s own terms when posting collaboration content.

5. Content and reviews

You keep ownership of what you post. By uploading content, you grant EasySetu a limited licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of running the service. Reviews can only be left after a completed collaboration and must be honest. We may moderate, hide, or remove content or reviews that break these terms.

6. No guarantees

EasySetu is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee results, reach, income, the conduct or reliability of any user, or that a collaboration will happen or succeed. To the extent permitted by law, EasySetu is not liable for dealings between users, off-platform payments, or losses arising from any collaboration.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm other users. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts in India.
